Mindscape

project brief

Mindscape was my capstone thesis project completed as part of my Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. The objective was to create an immersive digital experience that combined user experience design, visual storytelling, and brand development to address a meaningful problem. The project explored how thoughtful design can create emotional connections, guide users through a narrative journey, and encourage engagement through intuitive interactions. From initial research and strategy to branding, UX/UI design, and prototype development, Mindscape served as a comprehensive exploration of the design process and the role of storytelling in creating impactful user experiences.

Project overview

Teens are deeply engaged with social media but often lack mindfulness about their actions online. Many struggle to understand the privileges and consequences of sharing, making them vulnerable to peer pressure and unsafe decisions.

Mindscape is a card game for teenagers to learn about sharing personal content on social media, as it gives a guided and awareness experience.

Designed for teenagers 13+, with up to 4 players mindscape encourages young youth to think twice before sharing and posting personal or emotional content online as it can lead down to constructive consequences.
